AI-Native Blockchain Lithosphere Proposes $100 Million PulseChain Liquidity Expansion Program for Ignite DEX

Oct 15, 2026

The prospective, treasury-dependent program would offer capped, time-limited fee rebates and liquidity incentives to eligible providers, with no allocation or returns guaranteed.

Seattle, Washington Oct 14, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Lithosphere has outlined a proposal for a potential US$100 million PulseChain Liquidity Expansion Program intended to support qualified liquidity providers entering approved markets on Ignite DEX. The proposed ceiling is subject to treasury authorization, program governance, legal review and final operating rules. No US$100 million budget has been approved or committed under this proposal.

The initiative is being considered as a mechanism to broaden liquidity access for selected PulseChain-linked assets on Lithosphere. If adopted, participation would be limited to pools and providers that satisfy published eligibility requirements, including asset verification, technical readiness, safe cross-chain routing where applicable and minimum liquidity standards. No new PulseChain market would be guaranteed a launch through the proposal.

Proposed incentive tools include temporary trading-fee rebates and liquidity-provider rewards, each subject to predefined caps, eligibility windows and treasury limits. Specific rates, pool-level budgets, maximum allocations, vesting or claim mechanics, and the duration of any incentives remain to be determined. The headline figure represents a maximum proposed program envelope, not funds already deployed or promised to individual pools.

Under the contemplated structure, Ignite would publish qualifying pool criteria and program terms before providers are asked to commit capital. The review process would consider token contract verification, execution and settlement risk, cross-chain dependencies, observable market liquidity and monitoring arrangements. Any final program would also need controls against abusive volume generation, circular trading and other activity that could distort the intended incentive measurements.

The proposal follows Lithosphere's public mainnet launch on October 13 and complements a separate Ignite initiative to invite established PulseChain projects to apply for trading-pair consideration. The two programs are distinct: application for a token listing would not automatically confer liquidity incentives, and eligibility for a future incentive program would not waive technical or market-entry reviews.

A final decision on whether to proceed, how much treasury capacity to authorize, and when incentives might begin will be communicated after the appropriate approvals. Liquidity provision carries market, smart-contract, routing and impermanent-loss risks. Incentives, if ultimately introduced, would be capped and conditional; returns would not be guaranteed.
