What is BESTBUYSTORE? A multi-merchant cross-border store owning its catalogue and nine overseas warehouses

CAMBRIDGE, N.Y. - Oct. 21, 2026 - PRLog -- BESTBUYSTORE said it had recently completed a round of platform upgrades covering its overseas warehouse network, delivery target and merchant back office, and opened its catalogue-and-warehouse model to independent merchants.

BESTBUYSTORE is a multi-merchant cross-border store: the platform owns the catalogue, the stock and its overseas warehouses; independent merchants sell from it under their own name and price, while the platform picks, packs, ships and handles returns.
KEY FACTS
  • Model: catalogue-based one-piece dropshipping; no minimum order
  • Warehouses: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Russia, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Malaysia, Taiwan — serving Asia, Europe and North America
  • Delivery: 72 hours from order, shipped inside the destination region
  • Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused, original packaging

HOW AN ORDER MOVES
A merchant lists an item and sets its price. When a customer orders, the merchant buys it at cost and the platform ships it from the nearest warehouse.

HOW IT DIFFERS FROM CONVENTIONAL DROPSHIPPING
  • Parcel origin: an origin-country supplier, versus a warehouse in the destination region
  • Stock ownership: a third-party supplier, versus the platform
  • Seller's cost: moves with suppliers, versus a fixed cost price

OWNED AND PLATFORM TRAFFIC

A merchant can point its own customers at its storefront or rely on platform listings, according to the company. Owned traffic means channels it controls — messaging groups, a customer list, social accounts — pointed at its storefront link; platform traffic means buyers from search, category pages and the home page.

Orders through the storefront count to that merchant; the published terms set no minimum on on-site traffic.

WHAT MERCHANTS PAY, WHAT BUYERS GET

No listing fee, no per-order commission; the platform earns the gap between catalogue cost and the merchant's retail price. Catalogue items only, never below cost. Cashback and referral commission are platform-funded.

Returns within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging; the shop decides first, the platform reviews a refusal and credits an approved refund.

WHAT CHANGED IN THE UPGRADE

"What is new this year is who can use it," the company said. "Until now the model ran inside a closed group of sellers; from today an independent merchant can open a storefront, list from the catalogue and set its own price."
