Atlanta managed services provider, DataTrends Technology Corporation, is a top-ten finalist in the AI Powered category at the 2026 MSP Titans of the Industry Awards, presented by Kaseya. The winner will be announced in December in Beverly Hills, California.
Atlanta, Georgia, United States, October 22, 2026 /MarketersMEDIA/ -- The Titans are the highest honors in managed IT services. Presented by Kaseya, they draw entries from providers across North America and around the world. A managed services provider, or MSP, is the outside firm that runs a business's technology, cybersecurity, and help desk, either alongside an in-house IT team or in place of one. For many small and mid-sized companies, that firm acts as their chief technology officer.

Kaseya recognized DataTrends as an MSP Industry Leader at the 2025 awards for its work with construction and engineering firms. This year's finalist spot is for the way the company helps clients put AI to work inside their operations without opening a back door to their data.
DataTrends' position is that AI, like all technology, is neutral and becomes good for a business through the people who decide what it may touch, check what it produces, and stay accountable for the result. The company encourages clients to establish three things about every AI tool: what it has access to, what happens when it is wrong, and who takes accountability for the outcomes.
"Winning the AI race comes down to putting the right checks and balances in place, and that is the key every one of our clients’ needs to remember now," said Kevin Dunn, founder and CEO of DataTrends. "The tools are going to keep getting better, and your discernment has to keep pace with them."
Dunn's full commentary on moving AI from neutral to good is available at Atlanta MSP Named 2026 Titans of the Industry Awards Finalist.
