Oct 14, 2026

MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - Oct. 14, 2026 - PRLog -- HLN Consulting has named Lilly Kan as its first Chief Executive Officer. She will begin in the role full-time on January 1, 2027.

"I can't think of anyone more suited than Lilly to lead HLN forward into the future. She is one of the smartest, nicest, most connected people I know. I know HLN will be in capable hands!" said Dr. Noam Arzt, President of HLN Consulting.

Kan brings deep experience working with public health agencies and their partners. She was a senior director at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) before joining The Pew Charitable Trusts. After a role at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), she became an independent consultant in 2025.

"As a public health professional who strives to improve systems that support the health and well-being of our communities, I have long-valued the contributions of HLN and its staff. I am honored and excited to lead the company in continuing to work with public health and healthcare organizations in leveraging health information technology to enhance the lives of the people they serve," said Lilly Kan.

As CEO, Kan will take over leadership, strategic direction, and daily operations. She will work closely with HLN's Management Team to support current clients and look for new ways to grow the business.

Dr. Arzt will remain President and will support Kan and the Management Team through the transition.
