Product Air Heating, Cooling, and Electric Adds Service Finance Alongside GreenSky for HVAC and Electrical Project Financing

Oct 14, 2026

Product Air Heating, Cooling, and Electric has added Service Finance Company, LLC alongside GreenSky, expanding financing options for eligible Western Washington homeowners planning qualifying HVAC installations, heat pump replacements, electrical panel upgrades, and other residential electrical projects.

Marysville, United States, October 14, 2026 -- Western Washington homeowners now have an additional financing option for qualifying HVAC installations, heat pump replacements, electrical panel upgrades, and other home improvement projects.

MARYSVILLE, Wash., Oct. 6, 2026 — Product Air Heating, Cooling, and Electric has added Service Finance Company, LLC as a financing partner alongside GreenSky, giving eligible Western Washington homeowners another way to finance qualifying HVAC and electrical projects. The expanded financing program gives homeowners access to two separate financing providers when planning larger home improvements. Current options are available for qualifying projects that may include heat pump replacements, new HVAC systems, electrical panel upgrades, and other residential electrical work.

Product Air lists current programs from both providers on its financing page. Financing programs, interest rates, promotional periods, repayment terms, and eligibility depend on the lender and the specific program selected.

Major HVAC and electrical projects do not always happen on a convenient schedule. A heating system can fail during cold weather, and an electrical upgrade may become necessary when a homeowner decides to install new equipment or add a significant electrical load. Financing gives homeowners another way to evaluate the cost of that work without making the financing decision part of the technical recommendation itself.

“We want homeowners to understand the project, understand the cost, and have enough information to decide what works for them,” said Serg Nikolin, co-owner of Product Air Heating, Cooling, and Electric. “Adding another financing partner gives people another option to consider instead of assuming there is only one way to pay for a larger project.”

That approach is consistent with Nikolin's broader view that technicians should explain the homeowner's situation and available options without pressuring the customer into a particular decision. He said Product Air trains technicians to understand what homeowners are trying to accomplish, explain the condition of the existing equipment, and provide the information needed to make an informed choice. He also described the company's sales approach as focused on providing accurate information without manipulation or unnecessary pressure.

Service Finance Company, LLC offers installment financing for qualifying HVAC, electrical, and other home improvement projects. The financing programs available through Product Air may include fixed financing amounts, fixed terms, monthly payments, and programs without a prepayment penalty. Specific terms remain subject to credit approval and the program selected.

GreenSky remains available as a separate financing option. Product Air currently lists several GreenSky programs on its website, including promotional and reduced-APR options. The available programs can change, so homeowners should review the current terms before applying.

Product Air Heating, Cooling, and Electric does not determine credit approval, interest rates, or lending eligibility. Those decisions are made by the financing provider according to the applicable program and the applicant's qualifications. Financing also does not change the company's process for evaluating the work. Homeowners can request a free in-home estimate before approving a project, and financing options can be reviewed as part of that planning process. The current financing page also allows homeowners to review available programs online before deciding whether to apply.

The addition of Service Finance Company, LLC can be especially relevant for projects that involve both HVAC and electrical work. A heat pump installation, for example, can sometimes require electrical work if the existing panel or service cannot support the additional load. Nikolin said the need for a panel upgrade depends on the home, available capacity, and equipment being added rather than being an automatic requirement.

Homeowners can review current financing information and application options on the Product Air financing page.
