Tampere, Finland - February 16, 2020 /PressCable/ —
House of Dance, the Tampere based dance studio in Finland, has launched an updated range of classed for interested parties in the local area. Anyone can sign up regardless of their experience level, because the team behind House of Dance believe that anyone can connect to the dancer within and enjoy a range of benefits.
More information can be found at: https://houseofdance.fi
One of the things that makes House of Dance different to other dance class providers is that they focus on spreading the love of dancing. They encourage anyone to get in touch to try out something new and find a hobby they love.
While House of Dance began with a specialist focus on Indian dance, it has since grown to incorporate a wide range of other styles. These include salsa dancing, twerking, along with Bollywood dancing, South Indian dancing styles, and more.
Dance can be enjoyed at any age, and everyone is welcome at the Tampere dance class provider. Each class takes place in a large, air-conditioned mirror hall that helps dancers to hone their form while they practice.
Dancing is a great way to improve physical fitness, so is a good workout for those looking to improve their health and fitness. It’s also one of the most enjoyable ways to keep fit, because people have fun while they’re dancing and it doesn’t feel like a workout.
Singing up to dance classes at House of Dance can help people to improve their circulation, increase lung capacity, and burn calories while improving their stamina levels.
It’s also a great way to improve balance, co-ordination and posture. This can help in all aspects of life, from social situations to the work environment.
Another key benefit is that it helps to keep the mind sharp. Dancers have to remember patterns and styles, string combinations together, and more.
Full details of the variety of new classes available can be found on the URL above.
