  • Walmart
  • Amazon US
  • Yahoo Auction and Yahoo Shopping.
  • Mercari.
  • Paypay fleamarket.

About the return policy at GTShop:

Customers should note that the goods auctioned on Yahoo Auction / Mercari / Rakuma / Ebay are mainly used, and there is no return policy after receiving the goods. Customers need to carefully read the product information and evaluate the seller's reputation before choosing to trade with that seller. In case of missing, wrongly sent, or not as described, GTSHOP supports customers in negotiating with the seller.

For goods on other websites, customers need to follow the following process:

  1. Contact GTShop's customer service or business operations.
  2. Provide proof of goods and necessary information, including product name/code, damaged condition, actual photo of product and package with full seller information.

After the customer provides all the necessary information, GTShop will contact the seller to check the information and compensate if the mistake belongs to GTSHOP or support to return of the goods if required by the customer.

About transaction policy at GTShop:

GTShop is an intermediary to facilitate hassle-free and straightforward shopping transactions for customers who want to buy items from abroad and have them shipped to Vietnam. However, customers need to note that GTShop does not offer product warranties or manuals for the items. GTShop takes responsibility for ensuring the safe transaction process between the customer and the seller, regularly updating information, providing guidance and assistance to customers on complaints, and managing disputes with sellers in unexpected incidents such as receiving items that don't match the description, incorrect deliveries, or missing items.

For the goods to be shipped, customers have to purchase to GTShop for the full amount, including goods, domestic shipping fees, taxes and other service fees (if any).

Customers should note not to order items on the country's banned list. Customers need to provide clear information about the product in advance with GTShop to ensure the item can be shipped. GTShop does not accept shipping items on the country's banned list.

GTShop supports purchasing, bidding, and shipping from Japan and the US. The website offers 24/7 customer support, simple payment procedures, fast shipping by air/sea, continuous quality product updating, discounted prices, and standard procedures service.

GTShop wants to connect buyers and sellers through an e-commerce platform. It provides users with an integrated online shopping experience, various products and seamless service.
