16 Locations Around the World Unite for Earthdance’s Global Peace Gathering
San Francisco, California Sep 16, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Earthdance communities around the world will come together on September 19 for our 29th year of Global Dance Parties for Peace, with each location bringing its own unique culture, character, and community to the global celebration. Earthdance continues its tradition of giving back, with each event around the world donating proceeds to a local charity of their choice.
This year's festival theme is The Heart & Beat of Humanity, celebrating the rhythm that connects every life, every community and every compassionate heart. Together, we can send a message of peace that travels far beyond borders, differences and distance.
At the heart of every Earthdance event is the Global Prayer for Peace at 4 pm PST (12 am London GMT) on Saturday, September 19. At that exact moment, Earthdance communities around the world will join together in prayer and meditation, creating a shared moment across countries and time zones. That synchronized connection remains the heart of Earthdance.
