February 13, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Tucson, Arizona’s John’s Garage Door Service has a reputation for doing much more than just scheduled or emergency garage door repairs. This includes offering a variety of garage door maintenance services to its residential and commercial customers. Maintenance which the company owner, Will Lopez, says can be much more beneficial than people realize. That’s why John’s Garage Door Service has decided to offer a Lube and Tune Special to encourage customers to be proactive when it comes to important garage door maintenance.

Lopez stated, “One of the most important ways to always have a reliable working garage door is to get regular maintenance done on it. Unfortunately, most people have such busy lives, they don’t give much thought to getting important garage door maintenance done. That’s why I decided to try offering a lube and tune special as a way to give people in the Tucson area incentive to stay on top of their important garage door maintenance, because no one likes needing to call for emergency garage door repair in Tucson.

The company owner went on to say that they at John's Garage Doors know all the maintenance steps required to make sure garage doors in Tucson are working properly and even more importantly, are operating safely. As the name of their special suggests, it includes lubricating and aligning all the moving parts that make up the system such as the drive mechanism, pulleys, rollers, and rails. He added that their new lube and tune special even includes a professional inspection of the condition of their garage door. Many times these inspections can identify small problems and get them resolved before they turn into much bigger and more expensive repairs. Lopez pointed out that their techs are so good when it comes to this type of maintenance, that those who take advantage of this special have the best chance of having worry-free garage door operation for a long time to come. He mentioned that the price of this maintenance special is a customer-friendly $39.99. More information on this can be seen by referring to the top of John’s Garage Door Service’s website’s home page at www.JohnsGarageDoorRepair.com. The company owner stated that he is also always happy to talk about this maintenance special in more detail over the phone.

Lopez not only encourages customers to be proactive about their garage door maintenance, but he reminded that they at John’s Garage Door Service are also very quick to respond when a customer has a malfunctioning garage door. Proof of that comes in the form of this 5-star review from Dee See who stated, “Great service. I had a garage door opener that quit late on a Thursday. A call the next morning resulted in a Saturday afternoon appt. Daniel was early, courteous, and very capable. He quickly put in a new system that is noticeably quieter. But he distinguished himself by taking the time to make sure we understood what needed to be done, future maintenance steps, and a potential problem that might appear in the long term. The cost was also very reasonable for a timely repair and a two-year warranty. I believe the current owner is not the founder but has continued the business for the past five years. So even without John, I highly recommend John's Garage Doors for the quality of work and the care in which it was done.”

Similar praise has come the company’s way in reviews they have received after new garage door opener installations. Gwen Taylor proclaimed, “Will did a great job. We replaced our two very old and cranky garage door openers. Everything but the door and sidetracks are new. Will was very patient with me as I watched and asked questions. He is also a very efficient and clean worker. Will completed the installation of both door openers in just over 4 hours. They are so quiet, and the technology in them is much improved too. Needless to say, I am very happy. Thank you, Will.”
