Get to know Pain Management Specialist Dr. Minesh Zaveri, who serves patients in Phoenix, Arizona.

New York City, New York Oct 27, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, Dr. Zaveri is a highly trained and qualified pain management specialist. He is the Owner & Operator of Sonoran Pain & Spine in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sonoran Pain & Spine is dedicated to relieving joint, back and neck pain using best-in-class diagnostic techniques and pain treatment plans. Dr. Zaveri, along with Patricia Mayborne NP-C, can treat a wide variety of joint and spinal ailments, depending on one's diagnosis. Treatment options include but are not limited to, issues of the cervical, lumbar, and thoracic spine as well as scoliosis and other medical issues.

Specializing in advanced medicine and techniques, and armed with extensive experience and knowledge, Dr. Zaveri has achieved success when working with patients who otherwise had little hope for a full and functional life.

Currently, he lectures and trains fellow pain management physicians on a national scale, leading workshops and several research studies to benefit physicians who aren't aware of the latest treatments and techniques. These efforts enable these physicians to help their patients lead fulfilling lives.

Back in 2002, Dr. Zaveri graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University. He then completed his initial anesthesia training at UPMC Mercy, followed by a pain fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital.

Dr. Zaveri has previously founded two pain management clinics and served as the Medical Director for the St. Luke's Hospital Pain Center in Mountain Vista as well as at Tempe St. Luke's.

He was the first pain management physician in the area to offer the breakthrough dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation procedure and technology. The revolutionary procedure helps with crippling neuropathic pain. He was also the first physician to offer Proclaim XR to patients, which is a low-dose spinal cord neurostimulation technology that combines proprietary low-energy therapy with a low-dose protocol for effective pain relief.

Pain management is a branch of medicine employing an interdisciplinary approach to easing the suffering and improving the quality of life of those living with chronic pain. A pain management specialist is a doctor who specializes in pain medicine, focusing on the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of pain.

Among Dr. Zaveri's various accolades include Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2013) and Top 10 Doctor - Metro Area (2014).
