Nabee now offering two different levels of compression
Palatine, United States - June 10, 2019 /PressCable/ —
Nabee Socks has created a new line of 20-30mmHg compression socks, available now at NabeeSocks.com.
“We always interact with our customers and we asked what they would like to see next from Nabee,” CEO Brian Park said. “The responses clearly indicated our customers wanted a line with 20-30mmHg compression.”
The new socks will feature a medical grade of compression which is preferred by people with medical problems like lymphedema, DVT, and varicose veins. It’s also a popular level of compression for runners, as well as people who are on their feet a lot at work.
20-30mmHg is particularly popular with frequent fliers. The increased compression offers greater protection against “Economy Class Syndrome,” a phrase used to describe the swelling that takes place in the feet and ankles of people who fly. This can lead to a bigger problem known as DVT, or Deep Vein Thrombosis, which can lead to blood clots. Compression socks assist the feet and legs in returning blood to the heart, which helps prevent varicose veins and the pooling of blood which leads to harmful clots.
While the new 20-30mmHg line has additional health benefits, they are often the choice of consumers who simply like the fit better than the 15-20mmHg socks.
“Think of it as someone who likes to wear their pants a bit looser or tighter,” Park said. “Some people just prefer the 20-30mmHg fit. The good news is that no matter which level you choose, your feet and legs are receiving the health benefits while you look great in the process.”
The socks will still be made with the Nabee Comfort Blend, stitched with 200-count needle machines to give the socks better detail, and a softer, more luxurious feel. The new line of 20-30mHg compression socks will start with two new styles: a sock with black and white stripes, and a grey sock with white stripes. Nabee plans to add more styles with 20-30mmHg later this year.
