The new Esoteric Acupuncture service from Dharma Acupuncture adds to its existing Functional Medicine service. Dharma Acupuncture also offers other treatments in Scottsdale, including reiki, cupping, and aromatherapy.
Mikio Sankey, Ph.D., L.Ac developed Esoteric Acupuncture. Dr. Sankey has published five books about Esoteric Acupuncture and has been awarded Acupuncture Author of the Year by the National Acupuncture and Oriental Medical Organization.
Rather than treating a specific ailment, EA focuses on emotions, self-growth, and development. It involves high-quality acupuncture treatments that support both spiritual and physical healing.
Before each session, Dr. Lisa Swanson, the founder of Dharma Acupuncture, evaluates a patient's needs and goals to create the most appropriate treatment approach.
