Chevy Chase, United States, November 4, 2026 /PressCable/ -- CHEVY CHASE, Md. — November 4, 2026 — Former federal prosecutor Seth B. Waxman has launched Waxman Litigation, LLC, a Chevy Chase-based firm focused on:

* Business Litigation

* White-collar Defense and Internal Investigations

* Court-Appointed Receiverships

The firm serves clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and New York.

The firm represents businesses, executives, and employees in virtually every type of business dispute, including breach of contract, ownership disputes, fraud and embezzlement, employment matters, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property disputes, and related claims.

Waxman brings more than 30 years of litigation experience, including 13 years as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., where he focused on corporate fraud and public corruption.
