Hereford, United Kingdom - April 5, 2019 /PressCable/ —
An online marketing firm offering search engine optimisation in Hereford has boosted the sales of a local security company by 300% thanks to its SEO work for them.
Caple Security Services, based in Ross-on-Wye, provides door supervision, close protection, trained security staff and key-holding services. It asked Serendipity Online Marketing for help after realising that their new website was not generating the number of enquiries which had been envisaged.
Serendipity owner Graham Baylis said: “When we were called in, the first thing we did was to analyse their keywords, based on the search terms people used most often in their industry. We then weaved them into the copy used on the pages, adding geographic terms to ensure that their local marketplace was targeted, as well as the right words.
“Together with a carefully planned programme of link building, this has resulted in a tripling of their sales. Clearly we’re delighted to report the 300% increase in sales for this client. It’s a good example of the success that can be enjoyed with the right SEO strategy.”
Serendipity Online Marketing is based near Hereford in the village of Eaton Bishop, and Graham Baylis has been involved in the world of the internet since its earliest days in 1994 when he established one of the UK’s first intranets for AT&T in Redditch.
Over the last quarter of a century, he has steered Serendipity through every change in the online marketplace, ensuring that what the company offers is constantly evolving and relevant.
Among its services are competition and keyword research and pay per click management.
Founded in 2000 to provide clients with first-class security, Caple Security Services’ offering includes security guarding and mobile patrols, asset protection, event and residential security and more. It also holds SIA-approved contractor status.
Caple can provide services anywhere in the UK, but specialises in working across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, South Wales and Birmingham.
Managing director Tony Davies said: “We were very pleased with the success Serendipity secured for us with the SEO work. We believe this will allow us to make the most of our new website, and it’s taking us to a wider audience.”
